Office Policy

Same Day Appointments

Our office hours are Monday – Friday 8:45 am to 4:30 pm. We reserve same day appointments for established patients. We welcome new patients for same day acute care if appointment space is available.


Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a 24 hour cancellation. Please provide 24 hours notice for all canceled appointments, this allows us to see patients that otherwise would not have been able to schedule an appointment. If a 24 hour notice is not given you will be charged a cancellation fee of $35.00. Patients who repeatedly miss appointments may be dismissed from the practice.

We have coverage 24/7 for all established patients. Please call the office at 321.724.9900 to access the number to call for the physician on call. We do not fill Rx after business hours. If a physician has not returned your call within 30 minutes, please try again.


Prescription Refills

You must make sure you have enough refills on your medication between follow up office visits. Indialantic Medical Associates policy is to not refill medications at night or on the weekend unless it is an urgent situation. Please plan ahead, so you will not run out of medication. Please bring all of your medicine both prescription and over the counter, to every office visit. NO PAIN medications will be called in under any circumstances.


Care Management

Our staff will make every effort to return your online requests and phone calls within 24 – 48 hours. This is not for emergencies or same day requests. Please understand that our medical assistants are busy assisting the physician and scheduled patients.


Payment Policy

If you are responsible for a copayment, coinsurance, deductible or entire balance, you will be required to pay at the time services are rendered. If payment is not made at the time of service there will be an additional service charge. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Check and Cash.
