Dr. Arthur Stember—a New York native—attended Queens College, CUNY, in New York City for his undergraduate. In 1976, Dr. Stember graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. Following graduation, Dr. Stember enrolled in Universita degil Studi di Padova, Facolta di Medicinia, located in Padova, Italy, where he graduated with his MD in Medicine in 1986. Dr. Arthur Stember completed his residency at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, NY in 1993. Shortly after the end of his residency, Dr. Stember relocated to Brevard County.

Dr. Arthur Stember is Board Certified in Pediatrics (since 1995), and Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. Professional Associations include Holmes Regional Medical Center, Palm Bay Community Hospital, and Sea Pines Rehabilitation Hospital. Dr. Stember has served as Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics and Vice President of Medical Staff and Credentials Chair. He currently is the Vice Chair on the Credentials Committee. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Stember enjoys boating and spending time with his family.
